How to become an alpha male

Stop being the nice guy, learn how to become an alpha male

Importance of muscle buildingLike I said in the introduction, it’s not your physique or your looks that will attract women or make you an alpha male, but your attitude, confidence and leadership. There are lots of reasons, however, that make it a good idea to have a regular strength and muscle building program.

First, although physique and looks is second to character and attitude to women, they certainly don’t hurt. If you look well groomed, in shape and well dressed, you’ll certainly pass past the guards of a beautiful woman more easily. You don’t need to be built like Arnold, you just need to look like you know how to take care of yourself physically. If you can’t even take care of yourself, how will you take care of her? Keeping a fit body also shows that you’re focused enough to stick to a training program and take time off of your regular activities.

Second, coupled with a good diet, strength training is one of the healthiest things you could do to yourself. Being healthier will provide more energy to your daily life, a general positive attitude and a better outlook on life. You’d be amazed to see just how much regular strength training, a good diet, plenty of sleep and reducing stress can change everything else aroung you just because you feel better inside.

Also, strength training will tremendously help you develop a great posture and a great stance. Having a great posture will show you are the alpha male to women as well as other men. You’ll never see dominant males with a bad posture. It will help you in your dating life as well as your professional life, especially if you run a business.

Building muscle puts your body under a healthy stress that helps it produce more natural testosterone. Testosterone is THE hormone related to leadership, dominance, competition, arrogance and natural confidence. In other words, it’s the alpha male hormone and is what makes a man what he is. Without testosterone, you’d be soft, timid, lack libido and sexual desire and be submissive in all situations.

Developing muscle mass will help you get a sense of where you muscles are really located and of how they move naturally. This will tremendously improve your body language and the way you look when you move and stand up.

Finally, training in a gym will put you in contact with other alpha males and with very beautiful and fit women in an environment that’s different from your work or a bar. Gyms have their share of jerks and men pretending to be more then they are and bragging with their physique, but dealing with them either verbally of with the way you act around them will help you develop your core confidence and become the alpha male.

Check out this video of Vince DelMonte, the guy behind the No Nonsense Bodybuilding Program, witch I strongly recommend. I think it’s interesting to hear a bit about his vision of life as it also relates strongly to muscle building for him. You can also see that Vince has a good sense of who he is and doesn’t lack confidence in life to reach any of his goals.

Click here to get more information about Vince DelMonte’s training program, witch for me is the best program out there and will really help you gain good muscle mass. He cuts all the misinformation and lies and gives out the truth about actual muscle building.
